The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian,Shishar Gupta today visited Mughal Road to assess the snow clearance operations, currently underway across the arterial road.
The DC was informed by concerned officials that snow clearance is currently underway.The stretch from Heerpora to Dubjan has been cleared till now and the rest of the stretch up to Peer Ki Gali is progressing at a fast pace.
The DC instructed the concerned to complete the snow clearance of the vital road immediately so as to make it traffic worthy.
ADDC, Dr. Nasir Ahmad Lone; ADC, Dr. Zakir Hussain Faaz and other officers were also present.
